毎週ご利用いただいても飽きないように、
1)と2)は週替わりメニューとしてご用意いたします。
3)と4)は、ベジタリアンの方もご利用していただけるようレギュラーメニューとしてご用意いたします。

●お肉は、抗生剤不使用・非遺伝子組み換え飼料・自然に近い環境で飼育されたお肉を使用しています。
●お魚は、天然のお魚を豊洲から仕入れています。
●ベジタリアンメニューに使用する大豆ミートも有機のものです。
●調味料は、全て有機のものか余計なものが入っていないものを使用しています。
例えば、甘味料は有機てんさい糖、有機本みりん、天日塩、有機味噌、有機醤油などです。
油は、圧搾一番搾りの菜種油、小麦粉・片栗粉に至るまで全て有機のものを使用しています。えぐみ成分のシュウ酸をほとんど含まない有機ほうれん草をはじめ、使用する有機野菜は、北海道・西日本産がほとんどです。
●有機玄米は、富山県産で、LearningTree & Cafe LuLu専用の田んぼで収穫されたものです。

引き続き、食品衛生上調理後75度1分以上を確認後、すぐ急速冷却機にて10度以下の温度にし、保冷してお渡しします。
冷たいままでも美味しくお召し上がりいただけるように調理いたします。

受け渡し時間は12:00～18:30、ご予約当日受け取り希望の方は11時までにご連絡いただくようお願いいたします。

We have adjusted the size so that women and children can easily take it, and we are preparing it at a reasonable price of 1,200 yen (8% tax not included)!

Don't get tired of using it every week,
1) and 2) will be prepared as a weekly menu.
3) and 4) will be prepared as a regular menu so that vegetarians can also use it.

●Meat uses no antibiotics, non-genetically modified feed, and meat raised in an environment close to nature.
●For fish, natural fish is procured from Toyosu.
●The soy meat used in the vegetarian menu is also organic.
● All seasonings are organic or contain no extra ingredients.
For example, sweeteners include organic sugar beet sugar, organic hon mirin, sun salt, organic miso, and organic soy sauce.
The oil is all organic, from squeezed and squeezed rapeseed oil to wheat flour and starch. Most organic vegetables used, including organic spinach that contains almost no oxalic acid as an acrid ingredient, are from Hokkaido and western Japan.
●Organic brown rice is produced in Toyama Prefecture and harvested in the rice fields dedicated to Learning Tree & Cafe LuLu.

Then, after confirming that the temperature is 75°C for 1 minute or more after cooking for food hygiene, immediately bring it to a temperature of 10°C or less with a quick chiller, keep it cool and hand it over. We cook it so that it can be enjoyed deliciously even when it is cold.
